Being on the road the past couple of weeks I have eaten a lot of not so good food. Not really junk food, but not healthy like I normally do at home. I know we all need a little encouragement and motivation now and then to eat healthier and get more exercise. An easy way to start is by watching the foods which you eat for snacks. This image shows some great foods to keep on hand when you need a little snack.

Great choices. After getting married and moving from Michigan where all my family is to Pittsburgh where I do not know anyone. I have gained some serious weight and am ready to freak out!
