Trend: Head Wraps

Head wraps: to embrace the trend or forgo the trend?
That is the question.


Let's be honest here. Not everyone can pull off wearing these babies and not look down right silly. I recently acquired a few vintage scarves and tried to tie them into my hair, similar to the above looks. My mother will protest, but my head has a funky shape and nothing {headbands, head wraps, scarves, etc} will stay put on it. I desperately want to wear them because I think they would be perfect for the lake or a day at the pool. How cute are these with the mini cherry blossoms?


See, this girl is just chillin and looking super cool in her head wrap. What do you think? Yes or no to the head wrap trend? Any tips to make one stay in place? Please share.

    I love the look, but never can pull it off. They drive me crazy because I have to keep retying it. Which defeats the effortless part of the look!

    I think they're cute too, but I would definitely feel like I looked like Aunt Jemima instead a of a trendy fashionista! ha!

    They are adorable but I feel like a doofus wearing them! I think the only place I could pull it off would be with a cute bathing suit at the beach. The doofus look distracts from my not-so-cute bathing suit bod!

    YES YES YES - anyone can wear it if it's done right and for the right occasion - a beach day for example is the perfect stage for a head scarf moment xo
